ESP Property Advisory Group, d/b/a ESP Property Group ("we," "us"), operates this website. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
We collect the information you choose to share with us: your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of messages you send through our contact and strategy-session forms, guide requests, and listing-sharing features. Numbers you enter into our calculators are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by us.
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiries, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about your real estate goals. We do not sell your information, share it with third parties for their marketing purposes, or add you to mailing lists you did not request.
Property listings displayed on this site are provided by MLS data feeds. Searching or viewing listings does not require an account, and we do not track individual browsing behavior across listings.
We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to serve you. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting edwin@smartrealtyofflorida.com.
